PERSONAL SECTRETARY
Job Duties:
Duties include the following but not limited to:
Preparing and Dealing with day to day correspondence including letter and Memo
Management of files both electronic and paper
Communication with organizations such as regulatory bodies and government departments
Meeting and Diary management
Answering the phone and dealing with queries
Collating, logging post and storing correspondence
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate
persons according to their needs.
Requirements :
Graduate
Should have 3+ years experience in same field.
Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
Excellent Arabic-English translation and interpretation skills
Highly organised
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
IT literate
Ability to executive secretarial duties.
A polite and professional manner
Excellent telephone manner
Salary varies depending on experience
