PERSONAL SECTRETARY
Job Duties:
Duties include the following but not limited to:
􀀗 Preparing and Dealing with day to day correspondence including letter and Memo
􀀗 Management of files both electronic and paper
􀀗 Communication with organizations such as regulatory bodies and government departments
􀀗 Meeting and Diary management
􀀗 Answering the phone and dealing with queries
􀀗 Collating, logging post and storing correspondence
􀀗 Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate
persons according to their needs.
Requirements :
􀀗 Graduate
􀀗 Should have 3+ years experience in same field.
􀀗 Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
􀀗 Excellent Arabic-English translation and interpretation skills
􀀗 Highly organised
􀀗 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
􀀗 IT literate
􀀗 Ability to executive secretarial duties.
􀀗 A polite and professional manner
􀀗 Excellent telephone manner
Salary varies depending on experience
